To open an account on 333tk, the user must meet all of the conditions below. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

333tk processes financial transactions through Bangladesh's available mobile banking services and bank transfers. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• You can start playing as soon as the funds are credited to your account.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted; transactions must be made from your own account.
• If there is a problem with a transaction, contact support with the reference number.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (deposit + bonus).
• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the period expires.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time during a promotion.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may count towards turnover; different rules may apply for individual games.
• 333tk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent attempts to claim bonuses are proven, the account will be cancelled and all winnings will be forfeited.

The 333tk VIP program has three tiers. Promotion is based on the user's gaming activity and loyalty.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to ensure the proper operation of the platform and to protect all users.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Harassing, intimidating or deceiving other users.
• Attempting chargeback fraud or payment fraud.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, 333tk will cancel the account, forfeit all balances and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

All games on the 333tk platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.1 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game lobby.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 333tk reserves the right to refund the bet.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, the 333tk system log will be considered final.
• Games from all software providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe and PG Soft are operated under their own licences and standards.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Betting on all sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi is subject to specific rules.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• 333tk reserves the right to void bets related to any match where there is evidence of suspected match irregularities or match fixing.
• For in-play betting, any bet placed after the result has been announced will be considered void.

333tk may cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration is completed with false information or identity is concealed.

• If there is evidence that a minor is operating the account.

The 333tk platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 333tk accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If the service is disrupted due to third-party software or server issues.
• If the service is unavailable due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseeable event.
• If unauthorized access to the account occurs due to the user's own negligence.

There is always financial risk in gaming. There is a possibility of losing the entire deposited amount. Do not bet more than you can afford.
